DOES CAMPGROUND BUY 'FOLLOWERS'?
No way. Not happening. Our growth process interacts with real people who have been identified by Campground Social as real potential followers and customers. You've probably run into some of the more dubious marketplaces online that offer paid followers. We warn against taking shortcuts like this as it just damages your feed's reputation.
WHY DOES CAMPGROUND SOCIAL NEED MY INSTAGRAM LOGIN INFO?
Your login credentials (username and password) are required to establish a connection to Instagram. We will never login to your account via the Instagram App.
How does campground work?
It's pretty simple, actually. Once you sign up, our software plugs into to your account and performs actions that a personal social media team would take to build the account. The only difference is that these actions (like, follow, unfollow) are done with the insight of our growth system and are taken throughout the day.
WILL MY PASSWORD BE SAFE?
We'll watch over it like our first born. As an additional layer of security, since your Instagram account is connected to YOUR email and phone number, it can never be 'hacked' or hijacked without you being alerted first.
WHAT IS CAMPGROUND SOCIAL'S CANCELLATION PROCESS?
Anytime and no questions asked. Not a fan? We get it. Budget stretched too thin? We get it. Just log in to your account and select the cancel button! During your first 30 days on campground, your entire month's fees will be refunded to your card if you've completed your onboarding call. After 30 days, we will prorate and refund the time you have yet to use.
DOES CAMPGROUND SOCIAL POST CONTENT ON MY ACCOUNT?
Our monthly growth services require you to post your own content.

Successful accounts are the ones that post often and post content that is as unique and inspiring as your personal brand.

CAN I USE OTHER INSTAGRAM GROWTH SERVICES WHILE CAMPGROUND IS RUNNING?
We suggest you don't. The Campground growth process takes into account dozens of variables and factors. The moment those are thrown off by another growth service, we really can't guarantee you the growth that we promise and are known for. Additionally, utlizing multiple growth-type services tends to raise red flags with Instagram.
Is my 30-day guarantee unconditional?
Yes! It really is. We want to de-risk the entire signup process and feel that offering a money-back guarantee is the right way to do it.
We do have one request: in order to receive our guarantee you need to do an onboarding phone call with us.

HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?
There are a plethora of factors involved in getting to growth. The most important of them is where you are starting off from. If you have an account with at least 1k followers and post regularly (at least 10x a month) you'll begin to see results in a matter of days. If you're a smaller account, it may take up to 2 weeks to start getting traction. Always remember: KEEP POSTING CONTENT!!!
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH SPAM AND FAKE BOTS ON INSTAGRAM?
Bleh! As the Instagram platform becomes more popular, it also becomes a target for spammers and bots. As your account gains more exposure, you may attract a few spam accounts here and there (our metrics show less than 5%). They can be annoying so we recommend just blocking them (our growth system will automatically ignore them and similar users from that point onwards). Additionally, if there are any keywords you notice that keep bothering you, please let your account manager know immediately so we can modify your growth settings.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN THE NEXT 30/60/90 DAYS?
This is a general rule of thumb for an account that posts regularly, has a complete bio and profile:
30 Days- Demographic profile complete. You'll notice more engagement on your new content and even older posts.
60 Days- You're getting noticed by a lot more people. Your new content is bringing in likers who are converting into followers.
90 Days- We're in full stride! You will see a very consistent stream of new followers and engagement on your posts.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO POST?
POSTING great content is the #1 thing you can do to help us help you. We recommend posting at least every other day, in the absence of that we recommend to at least have 10 new posts per month.
